If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please bring your concerns to our team’s attention as soon as possible. Our refund policy has a lifespan of 30 days, after which we will be regrettably unable to offer any exchanges or refunds.
Please note that Magnor only accepts returns on items that are unused and in their original condition/packaging. Should the problem only be detectable after opening and using the product, please let us know so we can confirm your eligibility.
We are unable to accept returns on any perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Other non-returnable items include gift cards and downloaded software. What’s more, we can only grant partial refunds on items that have already been used and do not show any signs of factory defects.
All refunds and returns are subject to internal investigation.

The Return Process
Please send your unused product in its original packaging to the below address. If the defect was only detectable upon opening and/or using the product, please let us know when initiating the returns process.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will be notified via email. We’ll let you know our decision as soon as possible as to whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. We will also include motivation for reasons why. Should your request be approved, we will immediately process your refund. Credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or via your original chosen payment method. Refund processing normally takes [X] business days.

Refunds on Sale Items
We are regrettably unable to offer returns or refunds on discounted items sold via our sale section.

We accept returns/exchanges of gifts under certain circumstances. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and, upon approval, we will mail you a gift certificate (to the value of your return) in exchange for the returned item.
All items eligible for return must be mailed to the below address. Senders are liable for all associated shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Should we provide a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
